A holding fee of $500 secures your chosen puppy and is a testament to your commitment to them. Please note that holding fees are non-refundable, but they can be transferred to another litter if the current puppy on hold is less than two weeks old. "Do Platz puppies come with any guarantees?"
The parent animals were mated with the aim of breeding good quality, healthy puppies and every effort is made to ensure that the puppy is delivered in a healthy and sound condition. We guarantee our puppies to be free from life-threatening or debilitating congenital or hereditary defects for a period of two years from the date of birth. Your puppy is also guaranteed for 48 hours (2 days) after leaving the seller’s care against any kind of preventable illnesses. Please contact us for further details.

We carefully select families who have shown their readiness for a lasting commitment. With this in mind, we take a deeply personal approach to help each buyer find the ideal puppy that suits their unique needs. Your happiness and your puppy's well-being are what truly matter to us. Your place is considered reserved when your applicationis is received and approved along with the $200 non-refundable holding fee. Upon receipt of your holding fee, your place is secured in the litter. This does not garuntee you a specific puppy. We do our best to accomodate requests for looks and gender but the temperment and needs of the puppy and their future family comes first. If you ever encounter any concerns or if there's any miscommunication, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us. Your satisfaction is our top priority. Our aim is to unite you with a puppy that will become a cherished part of your family for years to come. Puppies are normally chosen between the ages of 6-7 weeks old after temperent testing has been done. For the health and safety of our puppies we do not allow puppy visits prior to litter reservations being approved.
